President of Quality Learning International, Mr. Curry has over 20 years of leadership experience working with global organizations in the human and organizational performance improvement field. He has trained over 20,000 leaders and individual contributors at companies such as Harris, Peabody Energy, Ricoh, Roche Diagnóstica do Brasil and United Space Alliance.

His experience includes consulting with companies in the areas of organizational change and leadership, creating leadership development programs, providing one-on-one leadership coaching, designing and facilitating train-the-trainer projects, and developing and conducting multi-day leadership workshops. In addition to his consulting and training work with businesses, he has also spearheaded the development of over 100 courses and workshops. He has facilitated leadership development programs in the US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

Patricia Hernandez

CEO of Quality Learning International, Patricia's wide-ranging knowledge and interest in different cultures has led to a varied career in which she has taught English as a Second Language (ESL) at Miami-Dade College, worked as a Spanish-English translator and interpreter, and has developed curricula for foreign language training at Miami-Dade College. Native of Bogotá, Colombia, Patricia speaks fluent Spanish and conversational French. She has lived in Europe, Latin America, and the US, taught business Spanish to executives, served as a systems coordinator and trainer for a Miami-based computer company, and more recently, has facilitated leadership programs for managers and executives throughout Latin America.

Patricia has also pursued graduate and non-credit coursework in intercultural communications at the Intercultural Communications Institute, is an expert on developing adult learning curricula, and is certified in Consulting Psychologist Pressí Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She is a member of SIETAR, Society for Intercultural Education, Training, and Research.
